Conduct partners with Australia’s clubs, venues and racing organisations on member portal design, match-day apps and customer-facing platforms. Our work for the Melbourne Cricket Club and the Victoria Racing Club has spanned membership apps, raceday tools, ticketing flows and the operational software behind them. We understand how match-day and race-day moments amplify everything that is right or wrong about a digital product — and we design for that pressure.

The Melbourne Cricket Club identified an opportunity to enhance their membership experience by designing an app that would allow members to manage membership services anytime, on-the-go. Conduct was approached to design the MCC app with a strategic focus on digitising access to membership benefits and making the experience in the lead up to and on game day smoother for members.

VRC: digital experiences for Victoria’s racing community

Over the years, we’ve used strategic design research, user testing, and analytics to roll out a roadmap of personalised digital experiences for VRC members. We improved the member’s portal and Raceday Guide to make buying tickets and extras before arriving much easier. By understanding the entire customer experience, we’ve gradually introduced effective solutions that meet the needs of both the organisation, members and patrons.
