Healthcare UX Design & Digital Innovation

We have been designing healthcare products since 2008, working with private insurers, public health departments, hospitals and clinical software providers. Across two decades, our UX design and engineering teams have built products that fit the realities of regulated, clinical environments — from secure referral platforms and paediatric patient experiences to insurer innovation programs and aged-care service tools. Every product is shaped around how clinicians, administrators and patients actually work — not how a brief describes them.

Medibank approached us to validate how private health insurance customers might find providers online — and to build their internal team’s capability to keep going after we left. We ran interviews, workshops and user-testing sessions to align stakeholders, then handed back resources and templates Medibank’s project team could use to deliver future digital initiatives autonomously. The work doubled as coaching, embedding human-centred practice rather than delivering a one-off project.
